Very good pizza. Love the crust. Thin, crisp but not crunchy (IYKYK) and no "flop". Toppings were really good. Pizza sauce was very flavorful, not too sweet as some can be. HUGE slices! Will definitely eat here again.

This is some of the best pizza in Lynchburg and surrounding areas. The pizza is huge and always fresh. The amount of crust to toppings is just right.

If you want great pizza come here. The special pizza is always worth a try. The combinations are often interesting. Always friendly service. The pizza slices are huge which accounts for the higher costs. There is plenty of seating and even a small patio to take your dogs. Very open and airy inside. Give it a try.

The pizza is good and the place looks nice. Don't brother calling, though, because they will hang up on you.

If you're looking for a quick bite and think it should be pizza look no further than Benny's!! Get Downtown!! We braved the rain and got a big slice of heaven, the pepperoni and sausage. I prefer crumbled sausage but their sliced was alright with me due to the way it was cooked/baked. Crispy crust, cheese was melted to perfection, and it was a blend of cheddar and mozzarella cheeses. Soo good!!! The only complaint was that we sat under an air vent that made us chilly while we ate but it was fine. We'll definitely be back!

If you're looking for a slice of pizza as big as your forearm, you've found the right place! Came here to check it out after a friend in VA Beach told me about these guys, since there's two locations near her. Place was pretty deserted on a Wednesday night, but the pizza was good (even if I did wish it was a tad saucier). Came out hot and crispy, and the sausage was delicious. I'd definitely come back, if I'm ever out in this area again!

So thankful a friend introduced me to this place. Wow. Their pizza is incredible. Very large portions and fair priced. Excited to come back.

Notably open on a holiday, this was a pretty classic jumbo slice place. They gave me what might normally be considered a box for a personal pizza, which barely held the two slices I ordered. Haute cuisine it ain't, but this pizza delivered a satisfying mix of flavors. You couldn''t accuse the garlic mushroom slice I ordered of being short on mushrooms, and though they weren't fresh mushrooms they were tasty. They didn't have a ton of topping options, though their drink selection was a little more diverse, and this food was pretty straightforward wheat and dairy and thus not available to everyone. Nonetheless, it delivered about as satisfying of a pizza as I could have hoped for.

It was extremely hard to get to this place with all the road construction going on in front of the restaurant! (Not Benny Scarpetta's fault) I finally parked across the street in the Bank parking lot! It may really nice and accessible once all the road front work is done...until then serious patience! This was my first time to this place, I had heard from college students that this would be a cool place to try out, especially if I was going to have 20+ hungry college students over for dinner! Welp, we figured out it is about the same cost getting at another pizza joint versus Benny's, so for purely nostalgic reasons we decided to drive 24 minutes, we decided to try this place out! So we called a couple of hours in advance for 3 cheese pizzas. (something like $95 including tax). We had it cut into 16 slices instead of the normal 8 slices. We were pleasantly surprised by the very friendly staff here! I was blown away how large the pizza was....it was I think like 28 inches long per pizza. Picking up was heavy... could barely fit through the front door and could barely fit my vehicle! Then arriving home, it barely fit our front door! I had to tilt the pizza box to bring it inside! The guys were blown away how tasty it was, even more, the sheer size of the pizza was a conversation piece! Well by the end the 3 boxes were devoured with a few lagging crumbs! For our first try, this was a cool place! I hope to bring a few folks to eat inside! Based on the taste and customer service, I highly recommend this place! Thanks for the Virginia size memories!
